Shipping is always free on Sonos.com. Sonos uses your shipping information to present you with customized shipping options.

Products that are currently in-stock typically ship out the same day for orders placed by 11 AM in your Local Time.

Incomplete or incorrect billing information may result in a 24-hour processing delay. If your shipping information differs from your billing information, your order may also be delayed for verification.

Orders deliver Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday shipping/delivery.

Will my order require a signature upon delivery?

Sonos does not require a signature upon delivery when shipping via FedEx, but the decision to require a signature upon delivery is ultimately left to the discretion of the carrier.

Please note: It is your responsibility to be available to receive this shipment at the ship-to address specified in your order details.

Where can I ship my order?

Orders can be shipped within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. For international shipments, please select the country where you’d like your order shipped in the footer of the website.

Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot deliver to freight forwarders, PO Boxes, APO/FPO, hotels, US Territories (excluding Puerto Rico), or international addresses.

When will I receive my order?

When you enter your shipping information at checkout, we will present you with a customized list of shipping options based on your location.

Most orders in the continental US can be reached within 4 business days or less if the order is placed prior to 11AM in your local time.

How can I track my order?

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

You will be presented with an estimated delivery date based on information pertaining to your order.

Can I change the shipping address of my order?

The shipping address can be changed within one hour of an order being placed. Beyond this time, an order would need to be cancelled and placed again. Please call us at 1-800-680-2345 if you need any assistance.

Best Buy Store Pickup Info

Here’s how it works

  • When you have an eligible item in your cart, we will give you the option to select Pickup or Shipping.

  • Choose Pickup, select your preferred Best Buy store, and we’ll show you an estimated pickup date.

  • During checkout, enter the Email, First and Last name and Phone of the person who will pickup the order at the store.

  • Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" email (this is a separate email from your order confirmation).

  • You can pickup your order anytime during store hours.

  • Bring a valid photo ID and the “Ready for pickup” email to the store and pickup your order.

  • The store will hold your order for 5 days. If you don’t make it by then, we’ll cancel your order and refund your original payment method.

What to bring

  • A government-issued photo ID that matches the “Pickup person” you entered during checkout.

  • Your “Ready for pickup” confirmation email

Only you–or the person you've designated during the checkout process–can pick up your item.

Can I change the pickup location after I place my order?

If you need to change the pickup location, you’ll need to cancel your order and place a new one and select the new store. You can contact our sales team to assist with this process.

Where do I return my product?

If you purchased a product from sonos.com and selected in-store pickup, it can be returned to any Best Buy store within the United States. If you prefer to return directly to Sonos, you can initiate a return directly through the Sonos website.
