Oferta Sonos pentru deținător („Oferta pentru deținător”) începe pe sau în jurul datei de 23 februarie 2026, la ora 00:00:01 CET și se va încheia pe 2 martie 2026, la ora 23:59 GMT („Perioada promoțională”).
Clienții eligibili vor primi o reducere de douăzeci și cinci la sută (25%) la o (1) comandă de Produse eligibile disponibile pe www.sonos.com, sub rezerva excluderilor specificate mai jos („Reducere”). Pentru a primi reducerea, conectează-te la contul tău pe sonos.com sau în aplicația Sonos în perioada promoțională, iar reducerea va fi aplicată automat la finalizarea comenzii. Reducerea va fi disponibilă pentru fiecare client eligibil o singură dată și nu poate depăși suma maximă a comenzii de produse eligibile. Nu este transferabilă și nu poate fi răscumpărată în numerar, carduri cadou, credit sau pentru achiziții anterioare. Reducerea nu este valabilă pentru articole recondiționate, în ediție limitată sau articole promoționale. Oferta pentru deținător nu poate fi combinată cu alte reduceri sau promoții. Se pot aplica restricții și excluderi suplimentare.
Prin participarea la Oferta pentru deținător, fiecare participant acceptă necondiționat și este de acord să respecte și să se supună acestor Termeni și condiții, Termenii de vânzare Sonos, care vor fi încorporați în prezentul document prin referință, și deciziile Sonos, Inc., ale filialelor sale deținute în totalitate și ale reprezentanților desemnați ai Sonos, care vor fi definitive și obligatorii în toate aspectele. Orice informații sau instrucțiuni publicate de Sonos, Inc., cu sediul social la adresa 301 Coromar Drive, Goleta, CA 93117, sau de filialele sale deținute în totalitate (denumite colectiv „Sonos”) cu privire la Oferta pentru deținător fac parte din Termeni și condiții. Sonos își rezervă dreptul de a anula sau modifica această ofertă oricând, din orice motiv.
Eligibilitate
Doar rezidenții legali ai celor cincizeci (50) de state din Statele Unite și Districtul Columbia, Australia, Noua Zeelandă, Canada, Belgia, Elveția, Germania, Austria, Danemarca, Finlanda, Spania, Franța, Regatul Unit, Irlanda, Italia, Țările de Jos, Norvegia, Polonia, Suedia, Bulgaria, Cipru, Estonia, Grecia, Croația, Lituania, Luxemburg, Letonia, Malta, România, Slovenia, Republica Cehă, Portugalia și Slovacia (denumite în continuare, în mod colectiv, „Teritoriile”), care, la momentul participării la Oferta pentru deținător, sunt 1) stabiliți într-unul din Teritorii și au înregistrat un produs Sonos într-un Teritoriu eligibil pe sau înainte de 16 februarie 2026, și 2) au vârsta de optsprezece (18) ani sau peste, sunt eligibili să participe și să utilizeze reducerea. Oferta pentru deținător este nulă acolo unde este interzisă.
Produse care se califică
Oferta pentru deținător va fi disponibilă pentru toate produsele și seturile de boxe Sonos, cu excepția Sonos Ace (alb), Ray (nu este disponibilă în Statele Unite și Canada) și a produselor recondiționate certificate.

Valoarea maximă totală a comenzii pe regiune pentru reducerea Oferta pentru deținător este următoarea:

General Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Owner Offer, you agree that Sonos (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and is hereby released from any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Owner Offer and (B) has not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to your Sonos Device following your agreement to the Terms and Conditions for receiving a Discount.
Sonos reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the Owner Offer or the operation of any Discount or http://www.sonos.com, to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Owner Offer, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sonos reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
In the event Sonos is prevented from issuing Discount or managing and implementing the Owner Offer as contemplated herein by any event beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, storm, flood, earthquake, explosion, accidents, public disorders, civil unrest, disease outbreak, sabotage, acts of terrorism, acts of war (declared or undeclared), labor shortages riots or acts of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sonos' control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sonos shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Owner Offer.
Any personal information collected in connection with the Owner Offer will be used in accordance with Sonos' Privacy Statement located at www.sonos.com/legal/privacy.
ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITION OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS OR SONOS IN CONNECTION WITH THE OWNER OFFER SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE'S LAWS. YOUR LOCAL CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS MAY APPLY. SONOS DOES NOT IN ANY WAY RESTRICT THE RIGHTS THAT YOU MAY HAVE UNDER SUCH LAWS.
By participating in the Owner Offer, you understand and agree that you shall have no right to enjoin or restrain the development, production, advertising, promotion, distribution or exploitation of the Owner Offer, or any other business or project of Sonos.
Except where prohibited, by participating in the Owner Offer, you agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Owner Offer shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (i.e., only costs associated with participating in the Owner Offer), but shall not include attorney’s fees under any circumstances; and (c) you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the balance of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid or illegal provision, or the invalid or illegal portion of a provision, were not contained herein.
