Delivery orders Sonos.com

Orders placed on business days before 2:00 pm will be delivered for free the next business day. *

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or during weekends and / or public holidays, will be shipped the next business day.
  • All orders are delivered by our delivery partner DHL.
  • Once the order has been shipped, an email will be sent containing a Track & Trace link with information about the status of the delivery. If the mobile number is provided , this link will also be sent via SMS. Via the Track & Trace link, any changes in delivery can be requested from the delivery partner.
  • All deliveries require a signature for receipt.
  • Deliveries are not made to freight forwarders, PO Box addresses or hotels etc.
  • If you are not at home at the time of delivery, our delivery partner DHL will make a second attempt at a later point in time. If you are unable to receive your order on the second attempt, DHL will deliver your order to a DHL pick-up point in your area.
  • To protect personal data, checks on the payment transaction may be carried out. This may cause some delay in the delivery time.

* Sonos also delivers to the UK Islands, please take 2 to 3 days extra delivery time into account.
