Sonos is unique among consumer electronics products because it keeps getting better even after you buy it. That’s because we offer free software updates with new features, music offers and more. And updating couldn’t be easier:
- Tap the Music button on your Controller and click on System Settings
- Select Online Updates and click OK
You can do the same with your Desktop Controller by simply choosing "Check for Updates" from the Help menu on a Windows PC or from the Sonos menu on a Mac. If you’re using a Sonos Controller for iPhone, the App Store will notify you when an update is available.

Last.fm is a global music service that lets you play, share and discover new music. You can also create personal radio stations based on your musical tastes. With Sonos v2.7 you can play all your stations all over the house - free of charge and free of computers.
3 steps to start enjoying Last.fm on Sonos:
- Sign up for a free account on Last.fm, if you don't already have one
- Add your account to Sonos. On the handheld Controller, choose Music Service Setup under System Settings. Add Last.fm and enter your Last.fm user name and password.
- Hit the Music button, choose Last.fm and start a new station or tune in to Tag Radio.

3 steps to start enjoying Pandora on Sonos:
- Sign up for a free account on Pandora if you don't already have one
- Add your account to Sonos. On the handheld Controller, choose Music Service Setup under System Settings. Add Pandora and enter your Pandora user name and password.
- Hit the Music button, choose Pandora and start a new station or tune in to Tag Radio.
