Price match guarantee

Sonos will honour the best price for our products on sonos.com. If you find the same product advertised by a Price-matched Sonos Reseller at a lower price within 30 days of your purchase date, we’ll refund you the difference via your original payment method.

Here are the details:

• ‘Price-matched Sonos Resellers’ are limited to specific resellers by country as outlined below*.
• If we lower our advertised price on sonos.com within 30 days of the purchase date we will match our lower price upon request.
• Product must be identical to the product you purchased (i.e. the exact same SKU as it appears on sonos.com). We do not price match individual products against bundles or speaker sets containing the same product.
• You must provide genuine proof of a generally available lower advertised price by the Price-matched Sonos Reseller (coupon, screenshot, etc., are acceptable) and product must be currently in stock at the Price-matched Sonos Reseller.
• Product must be new and in original packaging. It cannot be refurbished, damaged, previously returned, on clearance or open box.
• Product price must not be lower due to an advertising error or misprint.
