My LG magic remote works fine with the arc soundbar but not the roam units. For example if I hit the mute button only the arc soundbar is muted and the roam units keep producing sound.

Ever since I moved house and now have virgin and at the same time went over to S2 I now have this message. I now have s2 products so going back to s2 isn't an option. I think my bridge wouid solve it but you cant have that with s2. My sonos move seems fine, but my lounge set up (bar, sub, 2 x sl one) alwasy comes up as unabke to connect to sonos when earlier innthe day it was connected. On the rare occasion is does connect (after I've gone through disconnecting and connecting as if all of my products are new), it is VERY slow to obey commands or instructions and often doesn't obey them at all I.e. volume up, next song..basically everything. Annoying as I've been a customer for over 10 years. Any help gratefully appreciated.
I’m so frustrated to even be writing this, I’ve probably spent 40+ hours troubleshooting my Sonos Move speaker which I got several years ago. Of course, the problems are presented when trying to get the speaker to connect to other Sonos speakers-- the entire point of owning multiple Sonos items :) It’s not my network, the app is updated, the speaker is updated, and I’ve factory reset it maybe 10 times now, since that’s the default fix that every Sonos Customer Service representative suggests. If only resetting the speaker would magically fix its fatal connectivity flaw! After giving up on Wifi connectivity, I plugged one of my Sonos One speakers into an ethernet cord to my modem to create their own special Sonos network. The Sonos One and Sonos SL stay constantly connected now, but the Move speaker drops from the app multiple times a day and becomes unusable. Then I’ll come home later and it’s magically back under available speakers in my app. Funny, right? It’s really unfortunate to p
Hi all, I have been digging into the forums here and on the web in general, and cant find a solution to this. My Sonos One stopped responding to voice commands today. I have tried all solutions that I could find, including deregistering & re-registering, unplugging, rebooting my router, standing on my head while facing east… well you get the idea. Can anyone please help???
I trying to use Trueplay for my arc+sub3+ones setup and am consistently getting noice error even thought there is pin drop silence. I tried with older generation (5th,6th and 7th) ipads and it worked fine. Please help me fixing issue
Hello community,I’m adding a turntable (Technics AT-LP3XBT) to my existing Sonos setup and want to know the best path forward.Currently I have an Arc + Sub. The turntable will be in the same room and next to the Arc speaker (within 3 or 4 feet to one side). Option 1: Add a Port to pipe the sound through my Arc (and an old Play 1 in the bedroom).Option 2: Add a Five more oomphOr some other option: What would you do?
Hi Folks, I have the Arc, Sub Gen 3 and two Era 300s as surrounds. I had the 300s mounted on stands and on the sides of my couch and everything sounded great especially the Amos effect when watching movies like Ford vs Ferarri. I decided to mount the Era 300s to the wall to have them behind the couch. The weird thing I’ve noticed is the height effects are not nearly as good as they were when the 300s were on the stands. Has anyone else experienced this? Granted I get that its all about the room, but curious if anyone has any insight here. Thanks!db
Hi all, After many years of different soundbars, bookshelf speaker/sub combos, I finally bit the bullet and bought into the Sonos ecosystem with the Arc and soon to be Sub Mini (small townhouse living room, plenty of bass for the size). The Arc sporadically emits this odd electronic chirping sound which I cannot trace back to anything in particular. I see some threads with other Sonos devices exhibiting the same.Is this a common thing with Sonos speakers, in general, or sign of an issue? I have mine connect via eARC to my Vizio P65-F1.Loving the products, so far!
Hi everyone, I was hoping someone might be able to help me…I have a Sonos arc (might be a play bar) that is connected to my Panasonic TV and sky q box. The beam works correctly when playing sky through the tv, however, when selecting the apps (Netflix for example) through the TV, the audio from sky continues to play in the background. This has never happened before and I fear someone has messed with the settings or similar…. please help!
Known bug (on Sonos support page) that with the March 14, 2024 Alexa App and Sonos 1 app updates, Alexa voice does not work on the Sonos One (Gen 1) speakers. When I look at devices in the Alexa app it says my 2 Sonos One speakers are unresponsive and offline. I’ve tried to clean out or log out of all apps to get my Sonos speakers to work with Alexa without success but have further data to support that the latest Alexa app (updated 3/14/2024) is recognizing my Sonos One FIRST Edition speakers as SECOND Edition speakers and that explains why they are not working. See screen shot below of my devices in the Alexa app for that corroboration.i tried to email this to Sonos (support@sonos.com) but got a reply saying that address is not monitored. A support link for posting was provided but that is the generic support page with phone and chat but no way to submit any info except here. Hence this post to share with Sonos and the community. As mentioned, I have Sonos One GEN 1 (first edition) bu
hi everyone, I'm Italian I'm using a translator and I hope to be clear, my kit consists ofarc2xera 3002xsubI'm quite satisfied with the sound in general and above all with the very intuitive app but there are some things I don't like the dialogues they are very poor compared to Bose even with the (dialogue enhancement activated) why doesn't Sonos make an effort to create 3 steps (low, medium, high) of dialogue balance on the app? era 300 sounds very good with atmos but why can't I listen to music in stereo while also activating the central speaker? I paid the cash not to collect dust, I hope I managed to explain myself well, thanks
Looking to label my Amps as I will have a centralized stack. Can I put magnet stickers on them or will that impact something internal? Sorry for ignorance.
