What payment options do you offer?

Can I pay by invoice?

Pay by invoice is currently not available in your region.

When will my account be charged for my Sonos order?

Credit cards and PayPal are only charged, once the order is prepared in the warehouse for dispatch, but we may authorise the card when the order is placed.

What do I do if my credit card is not accepted?

You can choose another payment method or contact our Sales Team for other options.

Can I purchase a Sonos E-Gift card?

We do not offer gift cards at the moment.

I'm a student. Do you offer any student promos?

In partnership with UNiDAYS, Sonos is proud to offer students discounts of up to 15% off purchases. Look here for details.

Are there any exclusions on what you can use the student discount on?

How do I use the discount code?

Before finalising your order you will be able to enter your discount code. Discounts and promotion codes are not eligible on limited edition products and cannot be combined with other offers and promotions. Other Terms & Conditions may apply.

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

Discounts and promotion codes can not be combined.

Do you charge VAT?

Value added tax (VAT) is charged in accordance with local legislation in each country. Your final price will reflect the correct VAT rate for the destination country of your order.

Are the prices including all taxes?

All prices mentioned in the web shop are inclusive of V.A.T.

What if I am a company?

If you are a company and have a valid VAT number for cross-boarder transactions inside the EU, you can apply the VAT number at check out and the VAT will be removed. Alternatively you can request a refund for the paid VAT later, upon providing a valid VAT number. The VAT number must be validated on the European Commission VIES platform.

Will I receive a VAT invoice?

A VAT invoice will be provided via the email address you provide after your order has been placed. This invoice should be used for all VAT refund and reporting purposes. The invoice will include the Sonos VAT Registration Number.

How do I view and download my previous invoices?

Dispatch and delivery

When will my order dispatch/arrive?

Orders for stock items placed on working days before 2:00 pm will be delivered for free within 3 working days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or during weekends and/or public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

How will my order be delivered?

All orders are delivered by DHL.

Can I use another freight carrier?

All orders are delivered by DHL.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard Delivery is free of cost within the Sonos service region. Orders placed before 2:00 PM will arrive within 3 working days.

Do you offer Express Delivery?

Express Delivery is €9.95. Your parcel will be delivered the next working day for orders placed before 02:00 PM.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

The delivery address can be changed within one hour of an order being placed. Beyond this time, an order would need to be cancelled and placed again. Please contact our Sales Team.

Will I have to pay import duties when ordering on

No, you do not have to pay import duties when ordering on to any of the countries we deliver to.

Where do you dispatch from?

Sonos products are dispatched from our fulfillment centre located in The United Kingdom.

Can I track my order online?

Once the order has been dispatched, an email will be sent containing a Track & Trace link with information about the status of the delivery. If the mobile number is provided, this link will also be sent via SMS. Via the Track & Trace link, any changes in delivery can be requested from the delivery partner.

How can I check my order status?

Click here to check the status of your order or sign in to your account and click on Orders. In some instances, carrier's tracking information may only be available in 1-2 working days after the order is dispatched.

Can I have my parcel delivered to a PO Box address or hotel?

Deliveries are not made to freight forwarders, PO Box addresses, or hotels etc.

What if I'm not at home when my parcel gets delivered?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, our delivery partner DHL will make a second attempt at a later point in time. If you are unable to receive your order on the second attempt, DHL will deliver your order to a DHL pick-up point in your area.

Will my order require a signature upon delivery?

Sonos does not require a signature upon delivery when dispatching via FedEx, but the decision to require a signature upon delivery is ultimately left to the discretion of the carrier. DHL Express usually require a signature, but the rules may vary locally depending on the situation.

Will my parcel be delayed at the border?

Orders on with a delivery address within UK and Ireland are dispatched from the UK and therefore no Customs Duties need to be paid. All necessary paperwork will be added to cross the UK / Ireland boarder, so no delay at the boarder is expected.

I see you are charging tax. What taxes are you charging?

We charge VAT in the local VAT rate. The VAT is paid to the local government, determined by delivery country.

Returns and warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within the Sonos Service Region and will provide a free postage label for the return.

How can I return a product?

To return a product from within the Sonos Service Region you can obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) here. Alternatively you can contact our Sales Team.

What is the 30 Days Money Back Guarantee?

We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. We are confident that you will love your new Sonos product, however, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days. We will pick up the product free of cost at the original delivery address (in the Sonos Service Region) and refund the full purchase price.

How does the refund process work?

If you have returned the product under the 30 day return policy, provided your return meets the needed conditions, you may expect to see a credit to your account within 10 – 15 working days. Credit will be issued in the same manner as your original purchase payment.

What is your warranty policy?

We stand by the quality of our Sonos products. We offer a 2-year full warranty on all products sold.
