How to disable Compatibility View
Note: if you're on a work computer, you may want to check with your network administrator first.

Instructions for IE8:
  1. Open the Tools menu at the top of your browser and select Compatibility View Settings.
  2. Select www.sonos.com under "Websites you've added to Compatibility View." If you don't see www.sonos.com listed, or if these steps don't help you resolve the problem, please make sure your computer has the latest Windows updates.
  3. Click Remove.
  4. At the bottom of the window, make sure that the box next to "Display all websites in Compatibility View" is not checked.
  5. Click Close. The page you're on will refresh automatically.
Instructions for IE9:
  1. Right-click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner, next to the "favorites" star icon. (If you don’t see this gear icon or your "File" and "Tools" menus at the top of your window, press your F10 key to make them show.)
  2. Select Command bar.
  3. Open the Tools menu near the top of your browser and select Compatibility View Settings.
