The Promotion begins on October 15th, 2014 in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Channel Islands, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark and October 28th, 2014 in Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Italy, Spain, and The United Arab Emirates (the “Territories”), and shall run until December 31st, 2014 in all Territories.
Only legal residents of the United Kingdom, Ireland, Channel Islands, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Italy, Spain, and The United Arab Emirates who, at the time of entry, are: a resident in one of the Territories, and: are eighteen (18) years of age or older are eligible to enter.
Existing subscribers to Deezer Premium+ in France, including those receiving Deezer access as part of an Orange cellular subscription, are not eligible to enter.
The voucher code will only be supplied to you if you bought a SONOS PLAY: 1, PLAY: 3, PLAY: 5, PLAYBAR, CONNECT or CONNECT: AMP from an authorized Sonos reseller within the promotional timeframe noted above. The Sonos player or component must be registered by the 14th January.
The promotional voucher code is supplied by Deezer in partnership with Sonos can be redeemed at www.sonos.com/deezer until January 31st 2015.
The promotional offer code can be used only once and is limited to a maximum claim of one promotional code per Sonos ID. The code must be activated at Deezer.com by 31st January 2015.
The offer is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, is not redeemable for cash, is void where prohibited by law and may not be combined with other credits or special offers.
An active credit card is required by Deezer at sign-up but will not be charged until the expiration of the twelve month promotional period. To avoid the monthly membership fee (plus applicable taxes) after the expiration of your twelve month promotional period, you must cancel before the twelve month promotional period ends. You may cancel anytime within the twelve month promotional period by going to http://www.deezer.com and following the cancellation instructions or contacting Deezer Customer Support.
If you do not cancel before the end of the twelve month promotional period, you will automatically be charged a monthly membership fee of EUR 9.99 / GBP 10.00 for the Deezer Premium+ service.
Deezer may, at its sole discretion, change the features and services of Deezer Premium+ at any time.
Either Sonos or Deezer may modify or withdraw this offer at any time, but any modification shall not adversely impact any participant who has purchased a qualifying product.
The terms and conditions governing your use of Deezer Premium+ are described in the Terms of Use, which you must accept in order to access Deezer Premium+.
By entering this Promotion, you understand and agree that you shall have no right to enjoin or restrain the development, production, advertising, promotion, distribution or exploitation of the Promotion, or any other business or project of Sonos.
Sonos reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or to be acting in an unethical or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sonos reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple registration of a Sonos product will be accepted.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country of your residency. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the balance of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid or illegal provision, or the invalid or illegal portion of a provision, were not contained herein.
Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with these Terms and Conditions and/or the Promotion shall be resolved and finally settled by the competent courts of the country of your residency.
