  • Wall or stand mountable.
  • Connects to the internet through your home wi-fi for continuous, uninterrupted music.

At home in any room.

PLAY:3 delivers richer, more robust sound than PLAY:1. Deeper bass, too. And it can play in stereo. All of which makes it just right for places like bedrooms. Home offices. Garages. Rec rooms. Wherever you’re doing the kinds of things that deserve a great soundtrack.

Set up over Wifi.

Plug in. Connect. Stream without interruptions or interference.

Start in any room. Add on.

Listen in stereo.

Even if you’re not an all-out audiophile, you still deserve great sound. PLAY:3 delivers, in stereo. Three Class-D amplifiers and three custom-built drivers create a full, wide sound stage so the instruments and vocals really shine. There’s also a bass radiator to pump out the lows.

Multiple orientations.

Stand it tall or set it on its side. Either way, PLAY:3 automatically optimizes the sound. When it’s horizontal, it’s in stereo. When it's vertical, it's in mono. The rubber feet on two sides make it safe for any surface.

One app. Complete music control.

The Sonos app helps you quickly search through all your services to track down favourite music, send it to different rooms, and adjust the volume and other settings. You don’t even have to be in the same room. And if your friends have the Sonos app, they can do the same.

Comments about SONOS PLAY:3:

I have 3 Play:3s and a Connect and use them to stream vinyl albums, podcasts and Spotify music. It's mostly excellent but I sometimes have trouble with PocketCasts and Spotify dropping out, which is just a little frustrating. Still love it though!

Comments about SONOS PLAY:3:

We have been so disappointed that we have lost the ability to stream music since Pandora folded and we cannot hook up to Spotify despite accomplished folk giving it a go. Now we have several redundant Sonos machines and it's back to CDs.

      Comments about SONOS PLAY:3:

I had read great reviews about the Sonos so I was full of eager anticipation when I bought one for myself as a treat. I chose Sonos over Bose because I thought the quality would be better. I have been underwhelmed. Over the past eight months I have been plagued with constant signal problems which means the Sonos cuts out every 10 minutes. When I called customer services which was very difficult to get hold of (a 50 minute wait) they told me the system was too sophisticated for my Wi-Fi. This seems very hard to believe but in any event it is no good having so system which is so complex that it doesn't work. My email complaints were not taken seriously and I am extremely disappointed with Sonos' customer service. I will be reviewing this product publicly now to warn others of my experience.
