move wont register. “fix it” wont take me anywhere

Can someone help me? I have a new MOVE and it took be half a day to even get it to be recognized but the SONOS app. Not it says it isn’t registered and has “fix it” underneath but when I try to tap it, “fix it” greys out but doesnt do anything. Yes. My WiFi is connected. No it isn’t a new network. YES I have rebooted several times. Turned off my phone. Turned on my phone. Turned off the Sonos. Turned on the Sonos. SONOS TEAM…. Do better. My husband and I have had our products for over 7 years without issue. WHAT CHANGED? Please undo it.

I have followed The instructions noted below. In the Sonos app when I ran TV set up, it would not run. The Sonos arc connected to the TV. However, when the tv is shut off, it reverts to the internal speaker.here are the steps I followedDisconnect everything from the TV including the Arc and unplug the TV and Arc from power for a couple of minutes. Then plug everything back in but keep everything disconnected. Enable Simplink on your TV, then run TV Setup in the Sonos app under the Arc’s settings. When the app instructs you to, connect the Arc to the TV’s HDMI ARC port using the Sonos-supplied HDMI cable. When the Arc has been successfully connected, connect any other device to the TV.is there another more reliable way to connect the sinks arc to the tv? Bluetooth? Optical?

the new Sonos ios app update is TERRIBLE! DO NOT UPDATE!

Sonos, why would you release an app upgrade with so many problems!? Where are my playlists? They're gone! Where are my alarms? I can no longer edit or save the queue! Where are my albums? I can't change the home interface! I can delete some of the things you guys added automatically but there's nowhere I can see to add anything. What a mess!Don't you guys check your work? I've been reading some other letters and there are many more problems.SONOS PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP

The new Sonos app is disappointing

I downloaded the new app and was excited to do so. I got the new era100 speakers for Christmas and finally got around to setting them up. Well first, the new app would not authenticate with Apple Music which is my music service of choice. If Apple and Sonos are feuding, I'm finding another system. Second, when I try to select speakers in a certain room to play music, the app will not switch properly. Sometimes it switches to the room I selected but then switches right back to the former room. Sometimes it selects multiple rooms when that was not what I indicated. Given the cost and track record of this technology, you all are really trying my patience as a customer. I know you can do better because this was a phenomenal product for so long. Now it’s like everything else, mediocre, DO BETTER.

Just bought a new Hisense Roku tv and I have a Sonys soundbar gen 1 - cannot get them connected via the eARC connection. Tried the optical adapter, tv still does not see the CEC device and does not connect. any ideas?

Moved - Now I cannot add Sonos Devices - Says Login as System Owner... I am!

I moved and now I cannot access any of my devices. When I hard reset them to add them it says I have to do a software update but I have to sign in as the system owner. I am the system owner?! This has been a very frustrating experience and based on messaged I have found online no one has an answer. Not sure why such a hefty price tag if the app is so difficult, especially for moving to a new house.

In the new 2024 Sonos App :Where are the alarms settings? Where is the Last.fm service?Where is the Android widget?This is a real nightmare. I hope Sonos will fix all that asap because what they did releasing this not finished app is scandalous.

Hi EveryoneWe moderators of the community - @Corry P, @Jamie A & @Sotiris C. - wanted to take an opportunity to explain some of what is currently happening on the community.First of all, we value all the feedback you are providing about the new Sonos App. We hear you. Feedback is coming in fast and thick, however - for understandable reasons - and to be frank, we are having trouble just keeping up with it all. For this reason, some topics that have not yet been replied to will go unanswered. We will, however, do our best to amalgamate some of these separate threads into bigger, related threads (such as one big thread for Alarm complaints and another for Queue Management) to be answered en-mass. Just to make sure I am correct (because it is hard to believe): the new app does not allow connection to a local music library - only to streaming services. I had the confirmed in a chat with the customer service people but it seems so whacky that I thought I should check here.

DTS-HD 5.1 4K discs suddenly no sound

Hi everyone.So my current set up is:LG C2 OLED TVSony UBP X-700 4K blu ray playerSonos Arc + 2x Play 1’s and Sub.I’ve had the above set-up for over 6 months now and have never had any issues playing any of my 4K discs. I’ve never had to fiddle with any settings on the TV or Blu Ray player, just pop them in and they will play fine.However, in the past week all of my DTS-HD 5.1 discs have suddenly stopped playing any sound. My discs that are Atmos, DTS:X or DTS-HD 7.1 all still work perfectly - but every single 5.1 disc is silent. Checking the threads on here i can find various suggestions for different settings on the TV and BR player, but having spent hours going through trying different ones and while most didn’t work, i have now managed to get it working by changing the Digital Sound Output setting on the TV to PCM. After changing this, my Sonos app now shows ‘Stereo PCM’ instead of ‘DTS-HD 5.1’ as it has always done.My questions are:Has anyone else (hopefully with the same setup as
